In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please try to give 24 hr notice for cancelation.

If you develop the symptoms of COVID-19 please cancel as soon as possible and call your doctor office for guidance.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 50% for the 1st missed appointment and will be charged in FULL for their 2nd missed appointment. Upon the 3rd "no show" missed appointment Zen Massage reserve the right to refuse all future services.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session WILL be shortened in order to accommodate cleaning and for others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
