*******PLEASE READ, IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CURRANT AND NEW CLIENTS******

Due to COVID-19 Zen Massage has installed a new updated Booking/Scheduling Page and Filing System. All clients will need to fill out New "Intake Forms" (Health Information Forms and releases) online. When you book your 1st appointment a Confirmation Email will be sent to you which will prompt you to complete the "Intake Forms". You will simply click on the "Complete Intake Form" button and it will take you to the secure ClinicSense page to fill out your forms.

Guidelines for Clients: 

-The Zen Massage office door will is locked at all times. Only clients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in, The waiting area is closed and no one will be allowed to sit in the waiting room before, after or during a clients massage.

-Walk-ins will NOT be allowed. Please call, text, or email Zen if you have any questions.

-Please wait in your vehicle unitil your LMT comes out to get you.   

-Face Masks are No Longer Required at Zen Massage at this time, unless you are feeling ill or recovering from an illness.

-Thank you for your help in protecting your health and safety and the health and safety of others.
